Azur Design Store unfolds as a refined expression of urban sophistication and creative energy. The interior concept draws inspiration from the contemporary retail environments of Soho, New York—spaces where fashion, architecture, and atmosphere merge into a cohesive experience.
Defined by clean lines and a modern, understated palette, the design emphasizes spatial clarity while allowing the merchandise to remain the focal point. Upon entering the store, the eye is immediately drawn upward to custom-welded suspended elements that organize the retail environment. These sculptural steel structures integrate floor-to-ceiling mirrors, amplifying light, depth, and movement throughout the space while creating a sense of vertical elegance.
A curated palette of materials establishes both richness and restraint. Stainless steel, mirrors, and blackened metal are layered with grey lime-wash painted walls and dark grey floor tiles, creating a refined industrial atmosphere. Each material was carefully detailed and composed to achieve a seamless balance between raw textures and polished surfaces.
Clothing is displayed on a bespoke blackened steel hanging system suspended from the ceiling, allowing garments to float lightly within the space. The system allows hangers to glide effortlessly along the rails, revealing layered collections while preserving the openness and visual depth that define the store’s spatial character.
With a total area of 148 square meters, the project began as an entirely empty shell. The client’s vision was to transform the space into a distinctive fashion destination with a sophisticated and contemporary interior identity. Through thoughtful detailing, restrained materials, and a strong architectural framework, the design creates an environment that is both elegant and dynamic—an interior that elevates the retail experience while reflecting the spirit of modern fashion.
